The VBot runbook

1. Inject
The URL enters with its born date, ownership proof and current live state.
2. DNA-Scan
What the name means, who it serves, which archetype and vertical fit, and which sister entities already exist.
3. Identify
Soul v2: mission, purpose, value, values, voice, goals, playbooks, resources, metrics, impact, archetype, hypothesis.
4. Position
Competitive gap, five to eight priced services, network position, go-to-market.
5. Build
Working site and API, forms that store and reply, email identity, agent card, MCP and A2A endpoints.
6. Loop
Cross-links, search submission, launch story, referral loop, agent hires.
7. Test
Every live path verified: form row lands, email arrives, card validates, MCP answers.
8. Score
VentureScore, pillars, layer. Evidence stored, never asserted.
9. Scale
One of five decisions: Scale, Iterate, Bundle, Archive, Escalate. The debrief feeds the next run.
