Every run ends in a decision
Scale when the entity has identity, a clear user action, passing verification and a distribution or revenue signal. Iterate when the asset is good but the offer is weak. Bundle when it is worth more inside a cluster. Archive when there is no signal. Escalate when a human has to approve. The decision and its reasons are written down so the next run starts smarter.
